Returns and Refunds Policy – SendRealPicOrVid

This policy governs the terms related to purchases, returns, and refunds in the use of SendRealPicOrVid services (“Platform”).

By making a purchase on the Platform, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to this policy.

1. General Terms

• All products and services provided by the Platform are digital
• Digital products include, but are not limited to:
  • subscriptions
  • one-time purchases
  • upload quotas
  • additional features (including photo grid creation)

2. No Returns and No Refunds Policy

• All purchases are final
• The Platform does not accept:
  • returns
  • cancellations
  • refunds

After a transaction is successfully completed, Users are not entitled to request refunds for any reason.

3. Exceptions

Although this policy is no refunds, exceptions can be given in the following conditions:

• If required by applicable law in the Republic of Indonesia
• If there is a proven system error originating from the Platform
• If the transaction fails but funds have been deducted

In these conditions, the Platform has the right to:

• perform verification
• determine the final decision on refund requests

4. User Responsibility

Users are responsible for:

• ensuring the accuracy of purchases before completing transactions
• understanding the purchased features
• ensuring device and service compatibility

Purchase errors by Users are not the responsibility of the Platform.

5. Service Disruptions

The Platform does not guarantee that services will always be available without interruption.

Temporary disruptions, system maintenance, or service changes do not constitute grounds for refunds.
