These Terms and Conditions govern the use of SendRealPicOrVid services (“Platform”). By accessing or using the Platform, you agree to be bound by these terms.

1. Service Description

The Platform provides services for sending and sharing photos and videos without providing editing, filter, or AI-based manipulation features.

2. User Content (User-Generated Content)

• Users are fully responsible for all content uploaded, sent, or shared
• Users guarantee that they have legitimate rights to the content
• The Platform is not responsible for the use or misuse of content by third parties

3. Content Rights

• Users retain all ownership rights over their content
• By uploading content, Users grant the Platform a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to:
  • display
  • distribute
  • use the content for operational and promotional purposes of the Platform

4. Content Visibility and Distribution

• Public content can be accessed by anyone, including parties without accounts
• Private content can only be accessed by parties specified by the User
• The Platform is not responsible for redistribution of content by third parties

5. Content Authenticity Disclaimer

• The Platform does not guarantee the authenticity, accuracy, or integrity of content uploaded by Users
• The Platform does not provide editing features, but does not guarantee that Users do not perform manipulations outside the system
• Any attempts to manipulate, exploit, or circumvent the system are strictly prohibited

6. Prohibited Uses

Users are prohibited from:

• Uploading, storing, or distributing illegal content
• Uploading pornographic or inappropriate content
• Performing hacking, system exploitation, or attempts to find security vulnerabilities
• Using the Platform for fraud, abuse, or other harmful activities

7. Moderation and Enforcement

• The Platform has the right to moderate content
• Moderation can be done manually or using automatic technology (including AI)
• The Platform has the right to delete content or deactivate accounts without prior notice
• Serious violations can result in permanent blocking

8. Content Removal Policy (Takedown Policy)

• Violation reports can be submitted via email: sendrealpicorvid@gmail.com
• The Platform will review and take action according to internal policies
• The Platform has the right to remove content without obligation of prior notification

9. Payments and Transactions

• The Platform provides purchase features, including subscriptions and one-time purchases
• All transactions are final unless otherwise determined by applicable law

10. Advertising

The Platform may display advertisements to Users as part of the service.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the extent permitted by applicable law:

• The Platform is not liable for:
  • misuse of content by third parties
  • loss or damage to data
  • direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
• Use of the Platform is entirely at the User’s risk

12. Service Termination

The Platform has the right, at its discretion:

• To suspend or terminate User access
• To delete accounts or content
• To terminate part or all services

13. Governing Law

These Terms and Conditions are governed and interpreted in accordance with the laws of the Republic of Indonesia.

14. Changes to Terms

The Platform has the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Changes take effect from the date of publication.
